Careers at Vext Labs

Small lab.
No open roles today.

We hire deliberately when a funded role and a real body of work exist together. There is no standing applicant pipeline, but thoughtful introductions are welcome.

An introduction is not an application and does not imply an open role.

How does Vext Labs hire?

One role at a time, when the lab can support it and the problem is concrete. We publish a role only when the position is real. Until then, this page remains explicit: there are no openings today.

How we work

The method is part of the culture.

Vext Labs combines research and product work around human intent, human authority, and inspectable evidence.

Evidence

Proof over polish.

A claim earns its place by being checkable. State the wall, name the method, and keep the evidence.

Scope

Say exactly what is true.

Toy stays toy. Proposed stays proposed. Product direction stays distinct from shipped capability.

Learning

Publish either way.

Negative results remain part of the record because killed ideas narrow the search.

Ownership

Carry the whole problem.

A small lab needs people who can move from question to implementation to honest verification.
